Question by Terry B: How can I learn to make a lei (necklace) with money origami?
I want a creative way to give money to pre-teen and teen nieces and nephews that’s fun for them and for me. How can I take a bunch of dollar bills (20? 40?) and fold them into a necklace that I can give as a great gift they’ll remember for more than 5 minutes?
I’m looking for dollar bills to be the only material needed (but am open to using temporary double-stick tape to keep it together, if needed).

I haven’t found a money necklace yet, but this “Cashius monetarius” money plant looks like a great idea. For a few dollars to get the book download, to create a unique gift like this, I’m going to get this for myself! Have fun!
